{"id":49947,"date":"2024-12-26T18:43:41","date_gmt":"2024-12-26T18:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cbl.gov.ly\/en\/?p=49947"},"modified":"2024-12-26T18:48:56","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T18:48:56","slug":"instant-payment-services-statistics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cbl.gov.ly\/en\/instant-payment-services-statistics\/","title":{"rendered":"Instant Payment Services Statistics"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the Central Bank of Libya&#8217;s strategic initiatives to promote financial inclusion and support the development of electronic payment services, the CBL announces the latest statistics for its instant payment services: &#8220;LYPay&#8221; and &#8220;OnePay,&#8221; which were launched earlier this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this occasion, CBL is pleased to report that the total value of transactions processed through the OnePay service has reached one billion LYD within just two months of its launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CBL reaffirms its commitment to progressively increasing transaction limits for transfers and purchases through its instant payment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statistics for LayPay and OnePay from 01\/08\/2024 to 26\/12\/2024 are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LYPay Instant Payment Service: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Number of individual subscribers: 1,278,783<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of merchant subscribers: 8,814<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of transactions (Purchases + Transfers): 102,059<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transaction value (Purchases + Transfers): 285,783,701.142 LYD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OnePay Instant Payment Service: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total Point of Sale (POS) terminals: 43,744<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beneficiary accounts: 196,122<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active merchants: 29,317<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transaction value: 1,010,811,808 LYD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of transactions: 411,169<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of clients: 2,475,622<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the Central Bank of Libya&#8217;s strategic initiatives to promote financial inclusion and support the development of electronic payment services, the CBL announces the latest statistics for its instant payment services: &#8220;LYPay&#8221; and &#8220;OnePay,&#8221; which were launched earlier this year.
