Naji Mohammed Issa, held a meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, with several general managers of commercial banks, in the presence of Moamalat Financial Services Company, electronic payment service providers, and directors of relevant departments at the Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Governor began the meeting by paying tribute to the late colleague, Mr. Al-Sanousi Mohamed Abukhzam, CEO of Moamalat Financial Services Company, praying to God to grant him mercy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussions focused on the latest developments in electronic payment expansion, monitoring performance indicators, and assessing the banking sector\u2019s readiness for the next phase in line with the Central Bank\u2019s plan to foster financial inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting also addressed the technical and operational challenges facing the expansion of electronic payment services and explored structured mechanisms to overcome them, ensuring business continuity.
