This initiative comes within the framework of the Bank\u2019s institutional development strategy aimed at enhancing institutional efficiency and elevating performance standards, in support of achieving its strategic objectives of strengthening financial and monetary stability and developing the banking sector in Libya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This announcement reflects the Bank\u2019s commitment to attracting and developing young graduates, while also recruiting specialized professional expertise, thereby contributing to the creation of an integrated work environment founded on competence, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
