Naji Mohammed Issa\u00a0, Deputy Governor Mr. Maree Al-Barasi, President of the Audit Bureau Khaled Shakshak, and members of the Joint Financial Committee established under the unified financial expenditure agreement, marking the official launch of the agreement\u2019s implementation and unified spending mechanisms in a manner that supports financial stability and reinforces the principles of disclosure and transparency among various institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting discussed mechanisms for implementing Article (8) of the agreement, in addition to monitoring public expenditure and oil and non-oil revenues, as well as setting the necessary technical arrangements to ensure the regular disbursement of funds in accordance with the agreed mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants stressed the importance of preserving and building upon the current atmosphere of consensus, while emphasizing the continuation of technical and institutional coordination to ensure the practical implementation of the agreement\u2019s provisions and achieve the highest levels of disclosure and transparency.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An expanded meeting was held today under the auspices of the Central Bank of Libya and the Charg\u00e9 d\u2019Affaires of the U.S. Embassy, Jeremy Berndt, bringing together Central Bank Governor H.E.
