From the heart of Tripoli, and under the generous patronage of the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, in cooperation with Mena Money Foundation \u2013 Bahrain, the 5th Arab Conference on Savings and Financial Literacy will take place from September 7\u20139, 2026, under the theme:
