The available opportunities for French companies to work in Libya, the importance of encouraging the private sector in order to diversify the income sources, supporting the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the General Electricity Company, opening up to renewable energies, and developing the health sector, water, and sanitation sectors, were the main topics discussed during the meeting between H.E Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, and the MEDEF International in attandance of Mr. Philippe Gautier, the Executive Director of the organization, and Mr. Mustafa Mihraje, the French Ambassador to Libya, along with several French companies, institutions, and ministries. The meeting took place at the MEDEF International organization in Paris, on Friday, 8th of March 2024.
