H.E Mr. Saddek Omar El-Kaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), meets with the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) Mr. Farhat Omar Bengdara in order to discuss the plan to stabilize oil and gas production and increase it to two million barrels per day. The meeting was held today Thursday the 4th of July at CBLs head office in Tripoli.
