On 27th of March 2024 H.E Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met with members of the High Council of State from Derna.The meeting focused on the latest developments in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Derna and the surrounding affected areas. They also addressed enhancing coordination among relevant entities to contribute to the completion of ongoing projects in the best possible manner, aiming to alleviate the suffering of the city’s residents.
