H.E. Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met with Mr. Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, on Wednesday, 31st of July 2024, in Ankara, Turkey. They addressed several topics including mutual interest, supported the Central Bank’s efforts towards unification, maintaining the state’s financial sustainability, agreeing on unified and rationalized public spending, and the Central Bank's and other institutions' efforts in unifying and stabilizing Libya.
