From the heart of Tripoli, and under the generous patronage of the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, in cooperation with Mena Money Foundation – Bahrain, the 5th Arab Conference on Savings and Financial Literacy will take place from September 7–9, 2026, under the theme:
“Financial Intelligence in an Age of Volatility”

The conference will bring together a distinguished group of policymakers, experts, academics, and leaders from the financial sector across the Arab world and international institutions to discuss key issues related to financial literacy, financial inclusion, and the promotion of sustainable financial awareness.

The selection of Tripoli as the “Capital of Financial Literacy” reflects Libya’s growing role in supporting economic and knowledge-based dialogue at the Arab regional level.

The organizing committee confirmed that participation in the conference is free and open to everyone, based on the belief that financial knowledge is a fundamental pillar of development and economic stability.

Be at the heart of the event — where awareness meets opportunity to shape a more sustainable financial future.
