Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber ,Governor of the Central Bank of Libya met with Mr. Christian Buck ,The German Ambassador  to Libya on Thursday morning the 16^th of March 2017 at his office in Tripoli . They discussed during the meeting the economic  relations between both countries and ways of enhancing them to ease some of the economic and financial problems the country is going through.
