Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber ,Governor of The Central Bank of Libya held a meeting on Monday 17^th of July 2017 with Mr.Saraj, head of the presidential council of the national accord government, they discussed during the meeting the proposed economic reforms to address the repercussions of the crisis in the country which integrates the commercial , financial and monetary policies . both parties discussed the role of the Central Bank and the national accord government in taking decisions and actions to address the crisis of the political division , the budget deficit and trade balance , review and legalize support policies, exchange rate adjustment, security chaos, organizing foreign trade operations , processing the lack of liquidity crisis . The president of the presidential council of the national accord government listened to the expected scenarios and the proposed policies, they both also discussed the most difficulties that stand in the way of taking necessary steps to resolve the financial and economic crisis that has affected the life of the Libyan citizen.
