Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya meets with Mr.Ahmed Doghan the Turkish Ambassador to Libya at his office on Tuesday 12th of June 2018 , as they discussed during the meeting the mechanism of cooperation between the corporations of the state in both countries  and the latest updates concerning the reactivation of the Turkish companies in Libya.
