The Central Bank of Libya (CBL) announces that H.E. Governor Naji Mohammed Issa has approved the issuance of licenses for 64 exchange companies and offices, as per the attached list. In this regard, the CBL also announces the extension for the submission of documents for companies that have received preliminary approval but faced difficulties in completing their procedures, until the at end of February 2025. Furthermore, the Bank announces the opening of applications for new preliminary approvals to establish exchange companies and offices, starting from 1^st of March, until 30^th of June 2025.
