During The Governor’s attendance of the Annual meetings of the World Bank the International Monetary Fund for year 2018, held in Bali Indonesia from the 11^th till the 13^th of October 2018,Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber met with Mr.Alali Mohamed Abker, Minister of the financial and budget affairs of Chad, as they have discussed rescheduling of the existing loan between the state of Libya and state of Chad since 2009 for settlement.
