Governor of the Central Bank of Libya Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber met with a number of deans of the southern  municipalities on Wednesday noon 2^nd of August 2017 , the meeting went around improving banking services in the southern region and ways to provide liquidity in the banks of the region and its branches to enable citizens to obtain their necessary needs and to overcome difficulties affecting the functioning of other sectors in the region. One of the points during the discussion was the documentary letters and the possibility of specializing  a number of them to provide the needs of citizens in the south before Aladha Eid
