H.E. Naji Mohammed Issa, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, and his accompanying delegation meet with Mr. Jorge Familiar, Vice President of the World Bank for Investment Affairs, along with several directors of the relevant departments, in Washington, D.C On Thursday, April 24, 2025.

The meeting focused on exploring prospects for joint cooperation in the areas of capacity building and training of Central Bank of Libya staff on investment strategies and analyzing price trends in international financial markets. Discussions also covered the launch of a leadership development and qualification program aligned with the Central Bank’s forward-looking vision.
