Governor of The Central Bank of Libya meets with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya
Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya met with Mr.Ahmed Dogan, Tirkish Ambassador to Libya at his office in Tripoli on Sunday 1st of April 2018 ,as they discussed prospects of the Libyan and Turkish cooperation and both discussed some subjects related to the return of Turkish companies operating in Libya.
