H.E Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met in December 21st 2023 with the Chairman of the Presidential Council, and the Chairman of Supreme Finance Committee, Mr. Mohamed Al-Manfi, to follow up on revenues and expenditures for the year 2023, cooperate to prepare the 2024 budget, and make the necessary efforts to rationalize spending in coordination with the relevant authorities.
