On Monday, 29th, July 2024, H.E. Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met with Mr. Kovan Begic, the newly appointed Ambassador of Turkey to Libya. During their meeting, they discussed important topics including the unification of the Central Bank of Libya, the consolidated budget, and initiatives to support the Central Bank’s efforts in maintaining Libya’s financial sustainability. Governor ElKaber also wished the Ambassador success in his new role.
