H.E Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met with the Chairman and the General Manager of the Libyan Foreign Bank on Tuesday, 14th of May 2024. In attendance of the Director of Banking and Supervision Department. During the meeting, they reviewed the bank’s external contributions, finalized the year-end accounts for the bank up to 2023, and discussed procedures related to external guarantees and bond portfolios.
