H.E Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya , met with Lieutenant General Hussein Muhammad Al-Ayeb, Head of the Libyan Intelligence Service, within the framework of monitoring the general situation and discussing areas of cooperation within the jurisdiction of the National Committee for Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
