H.E. Mr. Saddek Omar Elkaber Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, and his team discuss with (Anne Baum), Director of Central Banks and International Account Services at the US Federal Reserve Bank, and her team, business continuity plans, the progress achieved by the Central Bank of Libya in meeting compliance requirements, and the capacity building program that will be held in Abu Dhabi in November 2023, in partnership between the Federal Bank and the Arab Monetary Fund, and developing cooperation by proposing a set of new investment tools that contribute to increasing the financial returns of the bank’s financial reserves, at the meeting held today, Thursday, 12th of October 2023, in Marrakesh, the Kingdom of Morocco.
