Reconstruction of the city of Derna and the affected areas, the experience of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in reconstructing areas affected by earthquakes in Turkey, Morocco and Kyrgyzstan, the results of the previous Warsaw meetings, and the programs run by the Bank in creating local development and the possibility of implementing it in southern Libya, activating state membership.
