Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Mr. Maree Muftah Raheel Al-Barasi, and his team discussed with the Deputy Director General of the Monetary Policy and Financial Markets Department at the International Monetary Fund (Mai Khamis), balance of payments stability measures, monetary policy controls and mechanisms, and the latest practices in managing foreign reserves and the capacity building program, at the meeting held on Wednesday, 11th of October in Marrakesh, Kingdom of Morocco.
