H.E Mr. Saddek Omar Elkaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met in his office on Tuesday, 12/19/2023, representatives of Derna' City in the High Council of the State. The meeting covered several topics such as: the conditions of the city’s citizens after the flood disaster, and how to overcome the consequences. At the end of the meeting,the Governor has briefed the members on the latest developments in communication with the World Bank to complete the damage assessment process and emphasized the necessity of good and constructive communication with all parties for the success of the reconstruction project.
