The Central Bank of Libya announces the opening of recruitment to attract a number of qualified national talents to join its team at its headquarters in Tripoli. This initiative comes within the framework of the Bank’s institutional development strategy aimed at enhancing institutional efficiency and elevating performance standards, in support of achieving its strategic objectives of strengthening financial and monetary stability and developing the banking sector in Libya.

This announcement reflects the Bank’s commitment to attracting and developing young graduates, while also recruiting specialized professional expertise, thereby contributing to the creation of an integrated work environment founded on competence, innovation, and knowledge sharing. In this context, the Bank is offering employment opportunities through two main tracks:

• The first track is designated for recent graduates and applicants with no prior professional experience, through application to Recruitment Announcement No. (2026/01).
• The second track is designated for applicants with professional experience, through application to Recruitment Announcement No. (2026/02).
