Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, and the minister of finance at (IMF)
H.E Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya met with Dr. Khalid Al-Mabrouk minister of finance at (IMF) in USA, Washington, this meeting took place on the sidelines of the 2024 Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund.
