God Bless your Day At the beginning I would like to thank the American Embassy to Libya, the American Ministry of Finance and the International Community for their care and support concerning the matter of the Libyan economy . I would also like to thank all colleagues participating in this Dialogue today. As we are succeeding in the way to our target of the economic reforms to relief the suffering of the Libyan citizen today, we are here to share a number of reforms that we assure. The reforms provided is considered the best in compare to the conditions that Libya is going through and still hoping to go beyond this stage as with in the framework of reforms we can decrease the suffering of the Libyan citizen. We are all trying our best to fix what can be reformed according to the Timeline provided noting that we are optimistic about the outcome of these reforms.
