H.E Mr. Saddek Omar ElKaber, the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met with (Atlantic Council) in USA Washington, on Monday, 15th of April 2024.The meeting addressed latest developments in the Libyan economic and political situation including the National Oil Corporation’s support to maintain and increase oil production rates. Additionally, there is coordination with the Financial Committee of the House of Representatives to approve a unified budget for the Libyan state. The Central Bank’s policies aim to address challenges and ensure the financial sustainability of the Libyan state and international geopolitical changes
