Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber ,Governor of the Central Bank of Libya  held a meeting on Monday morning 17^th of July 2017 as part of follow-up to the work of the economic policy committee “prospects and challenges”, the meeting was with Dr.Fathi Elmijrbi ,vice president of the presidential council in the presence of a number of experts , specialized in preparing economic policies proposed within the overall economic reform program as they discussed the affect of the policies on different economic variables, in particular its impact on the balance of payments and the role of trade policies in supporting it within a general framework which integrates the three economic policies : Financial , Commercial and monetary to achieve the best possible results .
