In the framework of cooperation and collaborations between institutions , Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber, Governor of The Central Bank of Libya met with Mr.Emad Alswayeh,Head of the High National Elections Commission as they discussed and arranged the ways of supporting the Election Commission during the coming period as it will be preparing several important benefits , as the Governor expressed the full readiness of The Central Bank of Libya to cooperate with the Election commission assuring that the bank will work on overcoming any difficulties or obstacles facing the commission , In addition , Mr.Emad , Head of the High National Elections Commission shared a summary of the preparations for the organization of the upcoming national elections , either presidential or parliamentary elections or the referendum on the constitution during the coming period . In which all Libyans hang hopes on in achieving security and stability and ending the political division of the state.
