As part of the follow up to the procedures of providing foreign exchange for heads of Libyan households for year 2018 and to ensure the instructions issued by the Central Bank of Libya regarding the regulations established within the Circular No.2 for year 2018, Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber, Governor of The Central Bank of Libya held a meeting at his office with head of the system of selling foreign exchange to heads of Libyan Households and departments and the departments concerned. The issues concerning heads of Households who were unable to apply the foreign exchange in year 2017 were discussed during the meeting, in order to ensure the establishment of controls and procedures to ensure access to them this year.
