H.E Mr. Saddek Omar Elkaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, met with Moamalat Financial Services Company's Board of Directors, in 20th December 2023, to follow the implementation of the Fintech project (eKYC, Instant Payment, Open Banking) for 2023 with the relevant departments of CBL and Moamalat Financial Services Company the National Switch's operator to pursue the most important projects of the national payments system and the plan to issue technical controls for the acceptance network.
