Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber , Governor of the Central Bank of Libya participated in the conference of “Combating Terrorism and Strengthen Relations with Correspondent Banks ” that was held at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and was organized in cooperation between both , the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and The Arab Banks Union .
