Mr.Saddek Omar Elkaber ,Governor of the Central Bank of Libya meets the ambassador , Bettina Muscheidt , head of the delegation European union to Libya on Thursday the 24^th of August 2017 at his office in Tripoli. They exchanged views during the meeting on various issues related to the current economic conditions in the country and the role of the European union in helping to overcome some economic problems.
