As part of the ongoing preparations and arrangements for the launch of the 5th Arab Conference on Savings and Financial Literacy 2026, hosted in Tripoli, Libya, under the gracious patronage of Governor H.E. Naji Mohammed Issa, and with the participation of Arab Central Bank Governors, Arab Ministers of Finance, and representatives of regional and international financial institutions, which will be held from 07-09 September 2026, and in recognition of the strategic role of financial awareness in promoting financial and economic stability. In this context, the Scientific Committee of the Conference is pleased to announce the opening of applications and nominations for three distinguished awards targeting researchers, institutions, content creators, and innovative projects across Libya and the Arab region.

These awards aim to encourage intellectual and societal innovation in the fields of financial literacy and financial inclusion and include the following categories:

• Best Scientific Research Award: Designed for academics and experts to present advanced research papers and practical solutions that contribute to the development of financial literacy.

• Best Financial Literacy Initiative Award: Targeting individuals and institutions to recognize and honor outstanding initiatives and projects successfully implemented on the ground that have contributed to enhancing financial awareness and promoting financial inclusion.

• Best Awareness Content Award: Specifically designed to inspire young people and content creators to develop innovative visual and digital content that raises public financial awareness and strengthens financial literacy within society.

• Submission Deadline: The Scientific Committee has set 15 August 2026 as the final deadline for receiving nominations and submissions through the designated official links.

• Detailed Eligibility Criteria: The Scientific Committee invites all interested participants and creative young talents to review the eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria by scanning the QR Code accompanying the announcement.

🏆 Recognition and Benefits: First-place winners will receive prestigious official recognition during the Conference’s closing ceremony. In addition, their outstanding work and achievements will be published in the Conference’s official proceedings and featured across its digital platforms.
